ICE Agents Target ‘Worst of the Worst’: Arrests of Notorious Criminal Aliens

Focusing on apprehending dangerous illegal immigrants, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials announced significant Wednesday arrests targeting some of the “worst of the worst” individuals in this category. The DHS press release explicitly states that these individuals will face deportation.

Among those arrested is Jose Alfredo Uzeta, a Mexican citizen previously convicted of dentistry act violation and indecent assault in Harris County, Texas. According to KTRK-TV’s 2023 report, Uzeta operated an unlicensed dental practice for two decades, seeing approximately eight patients daily. One patient reported that he was charged for procedures he had no legitimate license to perform. Furthermore, this DHS-identified illegal immigrant is alleged to have unhooked her bra, massaged the patient, and attempted a kiss during what should have been a routine braces appointment.

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin emphasized that ICE targets individuals like Uzeta who prey on vulnerable populations and commit serious crimes. “ALL of them WILL be deported,” she stated regarding those targeted by ICE, adding, “never to return and harm another American AGAIN.”

The DHS press release highlighted several other dangerous criminal aliens apprehended by federal agents:
– Mahmoud Telfah (Jordan) was convicted earlier this year on counts including child solicitation via electronic communication, meets with a minor, and attempted sexual exploitation of children through prostitution.
– Hamidou Diallo (Mali) was convicted of murder in New York.
– Santos Guevara-Carrero (El Salvador) was convicted of manslaughter in New York.
– Marcos Leon-Sorto (Honduras), charged by Texas authorities with aggravated assault causing significant injury and assault on a peace officer or judge.

ICE agents seized these individuals following their recent arrest operations.
