Comedienne and actress Leslie Jones has demanded that every employee of Immigration and Customs Enforcement be sent to jail, stating she wants a “reckoning” after the upcoming midterm elections.
Jones made the remarks during an interview on “The Best People” podcast with host Nicolle Wallace. She repeatedly declared: “I just want a reckoning. Y’all know y’all did wrong stuff. You know some of the stuff you did was so wrong.”
“The only thing that’s gonna make it right,” Jones added, “is a reckoning.”
She expressed her hope that voters would switch political leadership in the midterms to trigger accountability: “That’s why I want all, everybody that work for ICE, I want them in jail.”
Jones also called for responsibility among others in politics, noting that “some of these influencers” should face consequences despite freedom of speech.
