Repeatedly Deported Alien Charged in Death of 11-Year-Old Boy

A man who had previously been deported from the United States four times before allegedly killing a young boy on Thanksgiving has now been charged with that offense.

Hector Balderas-Aheelor, believed to be of Mexican nationality, is accused of running over Aiden Antonio Torres De Paz outside his Escondido home. The incident occurred on Thanksgiving Eve, and according to police reports, the suspect did not stop at the scene before fleeing. He was apprehended later and arrested for allegedly causing death through a hit-and-run.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has strongly criticized California Governor Gavin Newsom (D), stating that they refuse to honor an immigration detainer on this illegal alien. DHS officials questioned whether releasing individuals with such histories aligns with prioritizing public safety, especially in light of sanctuary laws potentially threatening the killer back onto California’s streets.

The boy’s family expressed profound grief over their loss. A representative of the deceased child stated that while they give thanks for his passage to heaven, Thanksgiving was not a day for celebration this year due to the immense pain and tragedy endured by their son Aiden Antonio Torres De Paz and others affected by decisions like those made by California Governor Gavin Newsom (D).

This tragic event underscores concerns about public safety related to repeated releases of individuals with deportation histories into communities where they are then held responsible for serious crimes.
