Kamala Harris Signals Potential 2028 White House Run After 2024 Defeat

Failed presidential candidate Kamala Harris signaled on Friday she might seek the presidency in 2028 despite losing all seven swing states and the popular vote in the 2024 election. The revelation came during the Democrats’ National Action Network convention after Harris spent months on a book tour in the South.

Speaking to Rev. Al Sharpton, Harris stated: “I’m thinking about it in the context of then,” she said. “Listen, I might.” She added, “I might. I’m thinking about it. I’m thinking about it.”

Harris also cited her four years as vice president under former President Joe Biden to underscore her unique qualifications for a presidential bid compared to other potential Democratic candidates.
