Onlookers recorded laughter as three women were led away in handcuffs at Miami International Airport on Sunday evening after a heated confrontation over baggage fees.
The incident involved Nafisa Dockery, 30, Dionjana Cochran, 21, and Davana Cochran, 26. The women were attempting to board a Frontier Airlines flight bound for Philadelphia when an employee noted they were trying to sneak onto the plane with an additional carry-on bag.
The airline worker asked them to step out of line and pay for the bag, prompting the women to engage in a verbal confrontation. After being told they might be removed from the flight, the group rushed onto the aircraft through a restricted door. Police arrived but the women refused to leave the plane, leading authorities to deboard all passengers. During the standoff, Dockery allegedly spat on a person. Video footage captured Cochran twerking for several moments and slapping her own buttocks before an officer jerked her back by the handcuffs.
An onlooker was heard saying, “Enjoy prison, baby!” as the women were led away. The trio was later charged with trespassing after being warned to leave. They also faced charges of resisting an officer without violence. Dockery was additionally charged with battery.
