NFL Star Travis Kelce’s Funds Lost in Illegal Immigrant’s Massive Fraud Scheme

Siddharth Jawahar, 38, was sentenced by a U.S. district judge after he was found guilty of defrauding dozens of investors through his Texas-based investment company called Swiftarc Capital LLC.

Jawahar had been linked to Bud Light and Pfizer as well as Philip Morris Pakistan, but only the latter was part of a massive fraud scheme conducted by an illegal immigrant. The Department of Justice revealed that 99% of client funds—totaling more than $35 million—were funneled into Philip Morris Pakistan.

When the value of Philip Morris Pakistan declined, Jawahar did not inform investors of the losses but instead told them they were making profits. He also misled clients by claiming to have invested their money in other companies that he never actually engaged with.

Jawahar, an illegal immigrant who operated from Texas, maintained an extravagant lifestyle that included travel on private jets.
