Carmen Lizet Puch, a 42-year-old mother, was discovered brutally stabbed to death at Great Falls Park in Virginia on Monday. She was found near the parking lot of the park in McLean around 6:45 a.m., lying next to a 2011 Honda Civic.
Fairfax County Police arrested Alexis Antonio Cedillos-Campos, 19, on Wednesday in connection with Puch’s death. Sources indicate that Cedillos-Campos worked with the victim at the Bitez restaurant in Herndon.
The Department of Homeland Security identified Cedillos-Campos as a criminal illegal alien who had been released into the United States under the Biden administration after being apprehended by Customs and Border Protection in 2024 for illegally crossing near El Paso, Texas.
